Core Tenets of Faith
Foundational Beliefs
We view psychedelics as divine gifts that facilitate one’s connection with their higher self, infinite intelligence, and the sacredness of all creation.
Through the careful use of psychedelic sacrament, affirmations and prayer, CotM’s Hyphae seek to define and work with Universal Laws.
The truths chosen are supported by our collective experiences, both with the entheogenic sacraments, including psilocybin, mescaline, ketamine, LSD, DMT, MDMA, or MDA, as well as living without sacrament as a part of our lives.
The Seven Universal Laws and connection to infinite intelligence are precious opportunities for earnest truth seekers.
Practice and Community
Members can engage in planned, ceremonial use of psychedelic sacrament to foster personal growth, healing, spiritual transcendence, positive manifestation, and a sense of unity with life’s abundance. We don’t typically refer to God (if we even use that term) as a “He,” but rather “We / Us / They / Them.”
Members promote positivity, inclusiveness, respect for all life, and stewardship of Earth as an extension of their religious practices.

Culture of CotM
Honesty is supported and encouraged. Honesty is courageous and commendable. Lying leaves others and oneself with very little to work with or improve upon.
Equality of all human beings and genders is supported and upheld, as well as the abandonment of all forms of prejudice. It’s important to change any possible prejudice we may have had into curiosity. We have so much to learn from each other.
All religious beliefs are considered and appreciated. We find them to be complimentary, rather than contradictory.
Psychedelic Harm Prevention with a focus on planning for the use of psychedelic sacrament is important to us.
“Do no harm” is an important focus for Guides, Facilitators, Seekers and Journeyers alike.
The importance of Preparation and Integration are key components to successful administration of psychedelic sacrament, promoting safety, security, and lasting benefits from psychedelic experiences throughout one’s life.
Support systems are in place to help at any point either before, during, or after the psychedelic journey.
Fireside Project is a great resource for one-on-one support. Please see their contact information, along with many other resources in the psychedelic community on our Trusted Network page.
Gratitude – Acknowledge what you have, appreciate it, and allow the universe to bestow blessings upon you, matching your vibration of gratitude.
Spiritual growth and inner harmony are fueled by giving thanks and asking honest questions, taking action, meditating, studying and contemplating, considering the Seven Universal Laws when choosing your actions, and making informed vibrational adjustments through verbal prayers and positive affirmations along your life’s path.
These are just suggestions.
Journaling – Spiritual Journals are the backbone for each Hyphal’s legal documentation of faith, providing proof and official record of their sincere religious practices involving psychedelic sacrament(s). This is not required.
All Hyphae always have access to their entire Spiritual Journal for downloading and/or printing on CotM letterhead for free, should they ever need evidence of their sincere religious use.
Affirmations and Prayer – Affirmations and prayers are powerful tools which, when used consistently and appropriately, help one gain mental and emotional harmony and universal assistance in improving one’s life experience, as well as the experiences of others.
May your journey be abundant in wisdom, love and sacred connections!

Seven Universal Laws
The Law of Attraction:
Cultivating positive thoughts and intentions manifests a reality aligned with love, growth, and harmony. Used responsibly, psychedelics can help clarify desires, dissolve limiting beliefs, and align with the universal flow of Divine Intelligence and abundance. “Like attracts like; we draw to ourselves that which aligns with our energy.”
The book and movie, “The Secret” are great introductions to The Law of Attraction. It might feel a little fake at first if your life has been very difficult, but if you stick with it and keep taking action, everything around you really does match your improved vibration. Microdosing psilocybin really helped me a lot with making the adjustments needed to get myself in harmony with my field vibrations. The work is absolutely worth it.

The Law of Deliberate Creation:
How you talk, think, choose your thoughts, perception, emotions, actions you take, is determined by free will. It’s important to choose the energy you bring in, as well as put out into the universe. Abundance, success, well being and joy are worth being deliberate to create or receive.
Ask your surroundings for what you want to bring into all of the cells of your body, which has receptor sites for the energy you bring in.
You’ll get back what you vibrate out, via the Law of Attraction, so filling the receptor sites with higher vibrations of energy will help you send out higher vibrations, which boomerang back to you through the universe, other beings.
Deliberate creation is like priming your pump of spiritual energy, so positive energy can begin cycling through you and back to you, permeating your reality.

The Law of Allowing:
The principle of least resistance, no friction, allowing the universe to support you. Faith is another word for it.
Allow others to be as they are.
Allow the universe to deliver all you desire.
Releasing resistance opens us up to receive.
Pushing against never works.
Understanding the Law of Allowing will bring absolute freedom into your life.

The Law of Sufficiency and Abundance:
There’s a sliding scale. On one side is lack, where you feel worry, fear, upset feelings. The other side is abundance and complete well being.
Staying at the side of gratitude and abundance through a positive mindset is key (repeating positive affirmations and praying out loud, and taking inspired action really helps if you’re stuck at the unwanted side of the poles.
The middle ground is satisfaction, contentment.
This is where you can rest safely when you are tired out from the joy and exhilaration of manifesting abundance and prosperity. Alternatively, if things have been difficult, noticing a state of contentment is easier to reach than joy.
It’s the resting point for a successful life.
Watch your words and thoughts, listen to those around you and your environment, and adjust accordingly. Be patient with yourself as you make the corrections to live your best life and remember you can change where you are on the scale of Sufficiency and Abundance at any time.

The Law of Pure Potentiality:
The true essence of who we are is pure consciousness.
When we realize that our inner being is one of pure potentiality, we align with the power that manifests everything in the universe.
Anything is possible and there is unlimited creativity available to us all. The universe knows no limits.
The only limits are those we impose through our fears, doubt, uncertainties, or other lower level emotions.
If you know and develop a relationship with your higher self – then feel as if you are at the center of your universe and it is a part of you – you will connect with pure potentiality.
This is why meditation, prayer, affirmation, and communing with nature, especially while carefully using psychedelic sacraments, are so powerful.

The Law of Detachment:
In order to receive anything in the physical universe, you have to relinquish your attachment to it.
It’s a state of trust; of detachment from the outcome.
When you know that the universe and your environment supports you and will give you what you need in each moment, you just do the work needed to be done and move forward. The results will take care of themselves.
We are freed from gripping, doubt, worrying, fixating on the outcome.
Trust in the perfect timing of the universe. Ask for, “This, or something even better!” Then remember to get out of the way – leave room for the universe’s manifestations.

The Law of Polarity:
Polarity represents the two extremes of one thing. Hot/cold, rich/poor, good/bad, love/hate.
There are two poles (opposites) of everything.
This is important because it allows you to understand the power of transformation.
Everything has two aspects – often represented as that which is wanted and that which is unwanted.
We get to choose where we focus our energy and intention.
Another example of polarity is metaphysical/physical. We need to accept the whole and navigate both in order to manifest what we truly desire in reality.
