No anxiety…

I went on a family outing today.  No anxiety.  My mental energy was much better.  I didn’t get burned out (as I have many times in the past).  I feel like a new man.  It’s been some time since my last ceremony with the sacred medicine.  So its healing seems to be a permanent or lasting change in the brain.

It might not seem like much to other people, but for me it’s huge.  I can go out and do things again (and feel happy, not miserable).  This is amazing.  Thank You, God.  I am so grateful.

I am not sure how to proceed.  I’ll have to pray.
